Yes! Each of our crystals comes with one of our high-quality collector cards to have a visual reference to your crystal along with their healing properties and uses.

β€’ ARE YOUR CRYSTALS AUTHENTIC?

Yes! Each of our crystals are hand sourced with love from trusted locations around the world. We are continuously seeking out new, precious elements from the Earth to offer you guys. We do not sell crystals that have been dyed, or heat-treated. We aim to provide transparency with our customers to be a reliable source for all your crystal needs 😊

β€’ HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW CRYSTALS? I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK

We are always updating our inventory weekly to keep things fresh, check back for new stock! If something you have your eye on is out of stock, there may be a notification button where you can sign up when we have it back in stock!

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay which allows you to make 4 easy payments with zero interest. Gift cards are available to use immediately upon purchase

β€’ WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders usually take 1-2 business days to ship out after order is placed. Typical transit time with USPS is 2-7 days depending on your location, UPS ground is typically 5-7 days unless expedited shipping has been selected.

Unfortunately, once the order leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as the customer and are not responsible for delays which may occur due to the carrier. Express shipping options available.Β 

β€’ MY ORDER SAYS LABEL CREATED, BUT HAS NOT MOVED

Once a label in our system has been printed, it creates your shipment and notifies you. Those packages go out that same day and into the carriers hand. Due to covid, all carriers may experience delays in processing times.Β We recommend to keep an eye on your tracking for the most updated information about your crystals! If you need your package guaranteed by a specific day, we recommend using express options at checkout

β€’ MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND HAS NOT

Crystals.com is proud to partner withΒ Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. We're providing Green Package Protection for you at checkout, to give you the peace of mind knowing that your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and receive a replacement or be reimbursed.Β 
β€’ DAMAGED ITEM
Please contact us immediately with photos of your item, as well as the box.Β  If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. We are not able to fully cover customers who choose to remove Route Package protection on their orders, we highly suggest adding route protection to any large purchases.Β 

β€’ RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGEΒ 

If your package has been return to sender due to entering the address incorrectlyΒ at checkout, the customer will be responsible for a new shipping charge to resend the package out

β€’ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are unable to accept returns due to the unique and fragile nature of our items. If we do need to make an exception there will be a 30% restocking fee.Β You will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item must arrive in original packaging and condition.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS APPROVED BY US ALREADY.Β 

If your order somehow happens to get damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for a solution.

No unfortunately we cannot, once an order is processed, we do our best to get it sent out right away.
